As Director of Programming for Seeker, Aneeta managed a remote team of 30 professionals, fostering excellence to deliver compelling content and enhance audience engagement. She directed digital strategy and leveraged analytics, achieving significant audience growth and content engagement. Aneeta optimized content production, maintaining high-quality standards while achieving cost efficiencies. She collaborated with the sales team to develop successful sponsored and branded content, expanding revenue streams. Aneeta initiated strategic partnerships, including book and podcast deals, contributing to business expansion. Under her leadership, Seeker became the leading science media brand for Gen Z and Millennials, achieving 80 million monthly views and 127% YoY growth across digital platforms.
